Because Digital Crystal provides custom, labor-intensive digital services:

• All payments for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled by the client, the client remains responsible for paying for completed work.
• If an error is caused by our team, we will fix it at no cost within a reasonable timeframe.

No refunds are issued for:

• Change of mind
• Delayed feedback from the client
• Client-side technical problems
• Third-party tool limitations (hosting, payment providers, CMS platforms)
